End and Beginning


Time flies when u r having fun... 8 weeks of surgery posting juz flew past liddat.. must really thank all the nice tutors there for giving us (some) really great tutorials.. I'm thankful for the fiercer tutors also, who prevent me from getting too slack.. at the end of it all, when I look back at my clerking notes during CSFC, really feel damn noob den...hopefully at the end of medicine posting I will look at my surgical clerking notes and feel that they are damn noob too..haha

And of cos, a large part of the fun was becos of the damn crappy and talk cock and gossipy HOs... =P of cos they are not juz crappy and talk cock.. they are also always willing to help us out, to give us cases to clerk, to answer our (stupid) qns and to give us inpromptu tutorials.. thanks for letting me set all the plugs and draw all the blood and disturb you all during night calls... I will always remember Ian writing my name down in the case notes under "Name of Clerking Doctor" (beside his name of cos)... that wasn't anything much, but it was quite... encouraging... so not in order of merit, I shall thank Ian, Vincent, Chee Guang (thanks for the movie also..=P), Wee Lit, Casey, Jin Hui, Zhenbang, Choon Ta, Joseph... looking 4ward to seeing Chee Guang and Vincent in TTSH again..

I also must thank all the patients who let me 'harass' them during their stay in the hospital... who bothered to talk to me even though they are sick, and allowed me to examine them even tho they are damn tired, because in the end, I will become a doctor not because of the textbooks I have read or the tutorials that I have attended, but mostly because of the patients that I have seen..

Last but not least, I must thank my fellow NUH meddies, and of cos my dear CG mates.. especially Ningqi, who has been my buddy for the past 8 weeks, who will always wait so patiently for me when I have to PU or BO.. hahaha =PPP

TTSH medicine! Here I come!!!
