Indicator

My level of atopy is proportionate to my level of stress/anxiety... allergic rhinitis has been going off like crazy and eczema is starting to show up after months of being totally eczema-free..

Good day

Had 3 great tutorials.

Laughed lots at lunch..

Laughed lots at dinner.

Laughed even more after dinner.

I have such great friends..=)

也许很可笑,但这种简单的快乐应该就足够了吧..

Lelong lelong

Selling my camera, the Panasonic FZ18 for $400.

You can check out the review by DPReview here.

Purchased in January this year at about $750. Now forums selling at around $450. 2 months of international warranty left.(assures you I'm not selling anything defective). Excellent condition. Fully functional with minor marks of normal use on casing. Box, manual, bag, neck strap, charger, battery and lens hood all included.

This is a "prosumer" class camera, set between compact digitals and dSLRs. Selling cos I feel that I have grown out of the camera. Moving on to dSLR next. Below are my truthful opinions about the camera.

Pros:
  1. Excellent camera for learning photography. Tons of both automatic and manual controls.
  2. 18x zoom!!!!
  3. Good image quality. Better than compacts. Performs beautifully in well-lit environments.
  4. Focusing is fast and accurate in well-lit environments.
  5. LARGE and clear LCD screen.
  6. Electronic viewfinder (no parallax errors)
  7. Light and smaller compared to dSLR.
Cons:
  1. Doesn't fit into my jeans pocket..
  2. Image quality still lacking compared to dSLRs.
  3. Limited performance in low light environments.
Anyway, although I don't use the auto scene modes very much, they work quite well. Hence my point about this being a very good camera for learning manual controls cos you can still shoot in automatic or semi-automatic modes. If all else fails, or you just not interested, can still shoot in full auto. Still produces nice pictures.

K pls contact me if you are interested. Or help me advertise if you know anyone else interested. =)
